Bosch will cooperate with soup shallow mitsubishi
The Bosch group announced on Wednesday that has agreed to with the Boeing 787 aircraft battery maker Japan Yuasa International group (GS Yuasa International) and mitsubishi cooperation, developing a new generation of lithium batteries. A new generation of the battery will be used for plug-in hybrid and electric cars, zero-emission vehicles. The big three plans to set up a joint venture company, lithium battery research and development, and provide sales and marketing support to the parent company. The joint venture will be headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany, is expected to be put into operation in early next year.
It is reported, Bosch will hold a 50% stake in the joint venture company and soup shallow and mitsubishi will each hold 25%, these will be in the joint venture company management and board of supervisors of reflected.
This is the second time Bosch with Asian companies to form a joint venture company lithium-ion batteries. In September 2012, the company sold its joint venture with samsung fount of lithium battery company's stock, ending with samsung 4 years in lithium battery technology cooperation.
