Exxon mobil completed Celtic exploration company acquisitions

According to dow Jones news on February 26, 2013, Celtic exploration company said on Tuesday, exxon mobil, for c $2.59 billion ($2.52 billion) takeover Celtic exploration company deal has ended, the stock will be delisted from Toronto stock exchange.

Exxon mobil first announced acquisition of the Celtic exploration company is in October last year. The Canadian government approved the deal last week.

Celtic exploration company's production, and proven reserves are mainly natural gas resources. The deal is exxon mobil takeover gives energy company in 2010 in one of the biggest deals, including debt, the total deal worth about c $3.1 billion.
